Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Product Type

We currently sell digital products only (e-books). No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

After a successful payment, customers receive:

  • An instant download link on the order confirmation page.

  • A copy of the e-book delivered to their registered email address.

3. Delivery Time

Digital delivery is instant.
In some cases (email delay, payment verification), delivery may take up to 1–2 hours.

4. Shipping & Handling Charges

There are no shipping or handling fees for digital e-books.

5. Failed or Missing Delivery

If a customer does not receive the e-book:

They can contact us at support@risenroar.in, and the digital file will be resent within 12 hours.

6. Incorrect Email Address

If the customer enters the wrong email address:

  • They can contact us with order details.

  • We will re-deliver the e-book to the correct email address after verification.

7. Future Physical Product Shipping

We plan to introduce physical products soon.
Once launched:

  • Updated shipping timelines, delivery zones, and charges will be added to this page.
