EBook Refund Policy

⚠️ No Refunds After Delivery

All eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

After successful payment, you will receive your eBook via:

  • Instant download link on the checkout page

  • Email with a backup download link

Once the link is sent, refunds will not be issued — even if you do not open, read, or download the file.

🕒 Download Access Rules

To protect our digital products:

  • Download link expires after 72 hours

  • Maximum of 3 downloads per purchase

If you do not download within the allowed time or exceed the download limit, refunds will not be issued.

💬 Refunds Only If the Product Is Not Received

Refunds are only available if:

  • You did not receive the eBook link (checkout page + email)

  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase

  • You provide your payment receipt or order number

If verified that no download link was delivered due to a technical error, we will either re-send the file or issue a full refund.

⏳ Refund Processing Timeline 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and will reflect back to your original mode of payment depending on your bank or card provider.

🔁 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same eBook twice:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide both payment receipts

After verification, we will refund one transaction.
